Getting started
Create a free account at resumiz.com. You get three tailorings per month at no cost, with no credit card required. Paste your current resume into the resume field, paste the job description you are targeting, then click Tailor resume. Your tailored draft and honesty report are ready in under a minute.
How tailoring works
Resumiz reads your resume and the job description together. It reorders, rewords, and reframes your existing experience to match the role. It never adds skills you do not have, never invents metrics, and never fabricates accomplishments. Every change is documented in the honesty report so you can verify exactly what shifted.
Match scores explained
Each tailoring receives a match score from 0 to 100. The score reflects how well your actual experience aligns with the job requirements after tailoring. A score of 90 or above is a near-perfect fit. Scores below 50 often mean the role requires skills or experience you do not currently have, and no amount of tailoring can close that gap honestly.
Plans and billing
The free plan includes three tailorings per month. Resumiz Pro (CA$19 per month) gives you 50 tailorings per month, PDF and DOCX export, and full tailoring history. Resumiz Pro Plus (CA$190 per year) is the same as Pro billed annually. You can cancel any time from Settings. Billing is in Canadian dollars and handled securely by Stripe.
Account and security
You can change your email address and password from Settings. If you forget your password, use the Forgot password link on the login page. Your session expires automatically after a period of inactivity. To delete your account, email support@resumiz.com and your data will be removed within 30 days.
Privacy and data
Your resume and job descriptions are used only to generate your tailored output. They are not sold, shared with third parties, or used to train AI models. Resume content is stored so you can access your history, and you can delete individual tailorings from the History page. For the full details, read the Privacy Policy.
